Do you have questions? We have the answers

We explain step by step how we manage international shipments, the available destinations, and our logistics processes, from farms to final delivery.

Frequently asked questions about our services

As intermediaries, we take responsibility for ensuring that every transaction is fair and fulfills the agreed-upon terms.

What variety of flowers do you offer?

We offer a wide range of the highest quality cut flowers, sourced directly from the finest farms. Some examples include: standard roses, spray roses, garden roses, carnations, alstroemerias, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, ranunculus, eucalyptus, gypsophila, calla lilies, foliage, leucadendron, and many more.

What is the quality of your flowers?

We work exclusively with top-tier farms in Colombia, Ecuador, and Kenya, renowned worldwide for their high standards. Our flowers are cultivated using advanced technology, with strict quality controls and refrigerated transport to guarantee freshness, longevity, and optimal beauty.

What is the ordering and delivery process?

From the moment we receive your order, we coordinate the harvest at the farms in Colombia, Ecuador, or Kenya. The flowers are then transported by air, where they undergo quality and phytosanitary controls. Finally, they are delivered to your requested destination.

What is the primary shipping method and route?

The standard route is by air from Bogotá, Quito, or Nairobi to Amsterdam (Netherlands), where logistics for Europe are centralized. For destinations such as Central Asia, some Eastern European countries, and Australia, we can also coordinate direct shipments upon request.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders 15 days in advance. This timeframe includes 8 days for processing, harvesting at the source, and air freight to our center in Amsterdam, and 4 days for customs clearance and final delivery to your chosen destination.

How are wholesale prices handled?

We operate in the open market, negotiating directly with growers to ensure the best possible price for the buyer. The final price includes the grower’s fee and our commission.

Is there a minimum order?

We don’t require a minimum order. You can place your order starting from a single box, and we’ll adapt to your needs and business volume.

What is your quality and claims policy?

Every shipment is inspected at the point of origin. However, if you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, you may file a claim within 12 days of the invoice date.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us via ChatMax, IMO, Viber, Zangi, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp and +7 921 093 3839. We’re available on whichever channel is most convenient for you.
