Claims management
If any defects are detected in the flowers received, the buyer may submit a claim within 12 days of the invoice date. For validation, the claim must include mandatory photographic evidence and the following information:
Arrival date
Name of the grower
Number of stems claimed
Clear description of the problem
Clear image of the label (AWB, variety, length)
Photo of the barcode per bunch
Photo of the defect per bunch
