Partnership

  1. We work only with prepayment. The order and the payment must be delivered to us at least 3 or 4 days before the day of departure.
  2. Minimal order: 3 full boxes (no less than 100 kg)
In this volume you can order roses of any length and shape. Also you can order: carnations, alstromelia, gypsophila, chrisantemos and foliage.
For some regions we can offer a jointly shipment. In this case, the minimal order begins at 0.5 full boxes.
  3. Working with offers allows us to have an individual approach to every client. This condition must be worked out separately, since all the offers and discounts depend on several factors (regular orders, volume of the orders, and way of payment).
  4. We respond for the quality of the flower we deliver.
In case of a spoiled product you must issue a claim, maximum in 48 hours after you receive the shipment.

To apply a claim you must send to us:

  • Number of the AWB and the date when the shipment arrived to Amsterdam.
  • Name(s) of the farm from which the product arrived spoiled.
  • Name(s) and length(s) of the flower.
  • The quantity of stems that you are claiming.
  • A clear description of the problem that you found.

You also must attach the following photos:

  • A photo of EACH BOX which held the spoiled flower that is being claimed. It is important that on EVERY PHOTO will be clearly shown the sticker where is printed the AWB number, the variety of the flower and the length.
  • A photo of EACH BUNCH of flower that you are claiming. It is important that the problem will be clearly shown on the picture.
  • Also, it is important that on the photo of the Bunch will be shown the bar code. This bar code has a relation with other data that will be verified by the farm, in order to locate the origin of the problem. If you consider necessary, you can send 2 pictures per bunch: one showing the problem and the other one showing the bar code.

Without documentary proves, claims will not be accepted.
