What kind of Flowers you can order.

We can supply you with roses, spray roses, carnations, spray carnations, alstromelia, gypsophila and chrisantemos.

How to make an order

After you register on our website, a representative of Astoria Flowers will contact you and answer any questions that you may have regarding our commercial relationship. Afterwards he will help you to make an initial order. In a minimal time possible you will receive by email a pre invoice for your final approval. After receiving your approval and the pre payment, the order will be shipped and delivered.

Minimal order

You can order minimum 3 full boxes (no less than 100 kg). For some regions we can offer a jointly shipment. In this case, the minimal order begins at 0.5 full boxes.

Delivery

We mostly ship by airplane, from Bogota, Quito and Nairobi to Amsterdam. Further, the shipment will travel by truck, using Russian transporting companies. For our clients on the Middle Asia, some countries of Europe and Australia, the delivery is made directly by plane (please ask your account manager). We work with a big number of Russian transporting companies that we can recommend to you, in case you need one.

Ways of payment

Via wire transfer in US dollars to our account. If you need another way of payment, please contact your account manager for more details.

Discounts, Special Offers and Daily Deals

Every day we inform our clients about daily deals and special offers from the farms. Also we have a discount scheme that depends of the volume and stability of your orders. For more information, please contact your account manager.

Quality and claims

We take full responsibility of the quality of delivered flower. All flower before shipment is quality controlled by our representatives on the plantations. However, if you still have received a defective flower, or a mixed up composition, you have the right to send us a claim.

A claim must be sent to us in the next 48 hours after receiving a shipment.

To apply a claim you must send to us:

  • Number of the AWB and the date when the shipment arrived to Amsterdam.
  • Name(s) of the farm from which the product arrived spoiled.
  • Name(s) and length(s) of the flower.
  • The quantity of stems that you are claiming.
  • A clear description of the problem that you found.

You also must attach the following photos:

  • A photo of EACH BOX which held the spoiled flower that is being claimed. It is important that on EVERY PHOTO will be clearly shown the sticker where is printed the AWB number, the variety of the flower and the length.
  • A photo of EACH BUNCH of flower that you are claiming. It is important that the problem will be clearly shown on the picture.
  • Also, it is important that on the photo of the Bunch will be shown the bar code. This bar code has a relation with other data that will be verified by the farm, in order to locate the origin of the problem. If you consider necessary, you can send 2 pictures per bunch: one showing the problem and the other one showing the bar code.

Without documentary proves, claims will not be accepted.
